GR TRANSIT INC, doing business as GR Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to delivering high-quality website design and development services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.


1. Nature of Services

We provide digital services including website design, development, and related solutions. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced, except as outlined in this policy.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited refund period of up to 30 days from the date of payment, subject to the following conditions:

  • A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date
  • A valid reason for dissatisfaction must be provided
  • The project must not be substantially completed or delivered
  • Final designs or development must not have been approved
  • No extensive revisions or modifications have been completed

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The project has been fully completed or delivered
  • Final approval has been given by the client
  • Delays are caused by lack of communication or required materials from the client
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Services purchased under special or discounted offers (if specified)

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work completed. The following may be deducted:

  • Consultation and planning time
  • Design and development work already performed
  • Administrative and processing fees

5. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation within the refund eligibility period. Any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of ongoing projects
  • Restriction from future services

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

8. Revisions and Resolution

Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to allow us the opportunity to resolve issues through revisions, adjustments, or support.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
